Choose the license that matches how you plan to use your Art Pattern Studio design. Every purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the selected pattern; copyright and ownership remain with Art Pattern Studio.
License Options
Personal License
For personal, non-commercial creative projects. Finished items may not be sold, distributed for profit, or used to promote a business.
Commercial License
For independent designers, small businesses and brands creating finished physical or digital end products for sale within the limits stated in the license document supplied with the download.
Extended License
For broader commercial production, larger distribution, multiple product lines, or projects that exceed the Commercial License scope. Contact us before purchase if your use involves high-volume manufacturing, broadcast, templates, apps, or distribution through third-party platforms.
Permitted Creative Uses
- Fashion, apparel and accessories
- Fabric printing and textile collections
- Wallpaper, interiors and home decor
- Packaging, stationery and branded products
- Editorial, presentation and marketing mockups
Not Permitted
- Reselling, sharing or redistributing the original pattern files
- Offering the artwork as a standalone download, stock asset or editable template
- Claiming authorship or transferring copyright
- Using the pattern as a trademark, service mark or exclusive brand identifier
- Sublicensing the source files to clients, suppliers or third parties
- Using the artwork in unlawful, harmful or misleading content
Print-on-Demand and Client Work
Print-on-demand, client work and marketplace distribution may require additional permission depending on the platform, production volume and level of access third parties receive to the source files. Contact us before purchasing if your intended use is not clearly covered.
Exclusive and Custom Licensing
Exclusive licensing, custom collections and high-volume production are available by request. Please describe the intended products, territories, production quantity and duration when contacting us.
