These terms govern your use of Art Pattern Studio and the purchase of digital patterns and licenses.

Digital products

Products are delivered digitally. Customers are responsible for confirming file compatibility and selecting the appropriate license before purchasing.

Licensing

Purchasing a pattern grants a limited license; it does not transfer copyright or ownership. Permitted uses depend on the Personal, Commercial, or Extended license selected at checkout. Please review the Licensing page.

Prohibited uses

You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, claim ownership of, or provide the original pattern files to third parties. Patterns may not be used as trademarks or in unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

Payments and refunds

Prices and availability may change. Because digital files are delivered immediately, refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property

All artwork, branding, text, and website content remain the property of Art Pattern Studio or their respective owners.
